Members of the Board of Directors met in person in Fredericton on March 21, 2026. We held a Board meeting, followed by a review of our Strategic Plan.
We have taken a bit of a different approach to how we laid out our new strategic plan this year, in that we have assigned key performance indicators to track our successes over the next four years. We will be reviewing these KPI’s during each of our subsequent board meetings to ensure that we keep our momentum in some of these key areas.
